2. Limited Liability
This contract is an agreement between the Customer and Alansy LLC. By signing this agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that Alansy LLC will not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to:- Damage to the appliance- Cabinetry, flooring, walls, or surrounding areas- Food/product spoilage- Water leaks- Business losses due to delay, part wait times, or unsuccessful repairs and any inconvenience caused to the Customer during the service process, including delays, scheduling changes, or extended repair timelines.The Customer acknowledges that many appliances and refrigeration units are located in tight or obstructed areas, and while reasonable care will be taken, the Customer assumes full responsibility for any incidental damages.Additionally, the Customer understands and agrees that Alansy technicians may take photo and/or video recordings of the appliance or work area during diagnostics, repair, or documentation purposes. These recordings are used strictly for internal records, training, insurance purposes, and quality assurance, and may be shared publicly only in the event of any legal or administrative proceedings, claims, or disputes where such documentation is necessary or legally justified, and will not be shared publicly without written consent from the Customer.

3. Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty services under this agreement are conditional upon the Customer performing the following maintenance and compliance actions:- Clean vent hoses, dryer filters, and refrigeration condensers- Replace water filters every 60 days- Use surge protectors- Professionally install all appliances to codeFailure to comply with these conditions voids this agreement. Warranty is only valid at the original service location, and only applies to parts replaced by Alansy LLC.During the warranty period, any repair issues must be reported directly to Alansy LLC. Contacting another service provider voids any warranty obligations.

4. Cancellation & Restocking Policy
If the Customer declines the repair after approval or part order:- A 50% restocking fee will apply to materials- A $99 trip/diagnostic fee (residential) or $150 fee (commercial) will be charged for services renderedIf parts are ordered from the manufacturer, the deposit becomes non-refundable

5. Ownership & Payment Default
Alansy LLC retains ownership of all parts and materials until final payment is received. If payment is not made as agreed:- The Company may remove installed equipment at the Customer’s expense- A 2% monthly late fee will be applied- The Customer is responsible for all legal and collection costs, including attorney fees and court costs6. Record Keeping & Discount PolicyCustomers must retain a copy of this invoice as proof of contract. Service recalls are subject to a trip fee ($99 residential / $150 commercial). All discounts must be claimed at the time of service—no post-service adjustments will be made. Returned or canceled checks are subject to a $35 processing fee.7. Diagnostic Review & Estimate ProcessFollowing the initial diagnostic visit, all service findings are forwarded to our Technical Department. Based on the diagnostic results, a detailed repair estimate is prepared and sent to the Client via email or SMS.The Client has the right to review, approve, or decline the estimate. By providing written approval—whether by email, text, or any electronic method—the Client authorizes Alansy Appliance Repair & Refrigeration to proceed with the repair.8. Payment Authorization TermsUpon approval of the estimate, the Client authorizes Alansy to charge the credit card on file under the following structure:- 50% deposit to secure parts and materials- 50% balance upon completion of the repairAll approvals are conducted electronically. No additional verbal or written authorization is required for these charges once the estimate is approved.9. Written Communication PolicyTo ensure accuracy, accountability, and proper documentation, Alansy LLC maintains a written-only communication policy. All communications must be conducted via:- Email- SMS/text- Company messaging platformThis policy also applies to any claims or disputes that may arise. All correspondence related to complaints, warranty claims, legal matters, or service concerns must be made in writing. Verbal complaints or informal verbal agreements will not be recognized as official communication under this agreement.Verbal communication regarding diagnostics, pricing, scheduling, or approvals is not supported. This policy protects both parties and ensures that all service activity is properly recorded and verifiable.10. Agreement AcknowledgmentBy electronically approving the estimate, the Customer acknowledges full understanding and agreement with the terms above, including payment authorization, liability limitations, and warranty conditions.All terms and statements contained in this agreement are made in accordance with applicable federal and state laws governing service contracts, consumer protection, and commercial transactions. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
